We have a long tradition of welcoming military families to Highfield and Brookham School. We recognise that military life can often disrupt children’s education and we provide forces families with a welcome solution – a long-term, stable and caring environment where your child will thrive.

Choosing the right school when you are posted overseas is a particularly big decision and it’s so important to visit a school to ensure you find the one that feels right for your family. We know that when you do visit Highfield and Brookham, you will feel confident and reassured that your child will flourish both academically and personally here.

We offer up to 27% discount to military families, which when used in conjunction with CEA, means forces families will only pay approximately 14% of boarding fees. We also offer a 10% fee discount for day pupils. Our Admissions Registrar, Charlotte Cottrell, would be delighted to assist you with any queries you may have regarding fees for forces families, simply drop her an email.

Outstanding Pastoral Care

We take every aspect of pupil care very seriously which is why keeping your child safe and ensuring they are happy at school is our biggest priority. As the world is ever changing your child needs to learn to adapt and change with it. We pride ourselves on our exceptional pastoral care, our integral learning support department and our first-class medical centre. Our staff are experienced in caring for children from military families. They appreciate they may have particular needs or worries and can offer understanding and support to ensure they thrive.
