Foam balls don’t bounce as high or travel as fast, which means children can focus on mastering basic skills like grip, footwork and hand-eye co-ordination without feeling overwhelmed. The balls also move slower which gives children more time to react, learn proper form and feel confident while they play.

The variety of drills and games that children will enjoy include; a ‘Rally Challenge’, focussing on hand-eye co-ordination, grip, stance and swing, ‘Target Practice’ to help learn precision and control and ‘Footwork Fundamentals’, which will see children practice their speed and agility. Using what they’ve learnt over the two days, the course will end with children competing in fun, light-hearted games that encourage sportsmanship, teamwork.
