Young golfers have this week been getting some top tuition from Ian Mowbray, Liphook Golf Club’s resident PGA professional. The boys and girls were taught the importance of good grip, stance and posture, while those with a little more experience of the game also looked at the techniques surrounding body rotation, weight transfer and balance. Out in all weathers, the tables are a great focal point for our children but have suffered at the hands of the elements over time. Happily, the framework is now being restored and our maintenance team has been busy manufacturing special new playing surfaces.
